My daughter Ruth made these cupcakes for her big brother. He loves the turtles and he loved his cupcakes.

My baby boy has loved the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turles since he was a kid! For his birthday I made this frame for him, he loved it!   "RJ" is from the Cutting Up font cartridge; the Turtles were actually done by hand.  We printed up a black and white copy of the turles then cut up each turtle individually.
